Here, we raise awareness of collective conditioning within systems that are racist, misogynist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist - capitalist. We do this so that we can BE differently; so that we can BUILD our businesses differently; so that we can REIMAGINE our organizations to SERVE differently. Along the way, we use rigorous assessment and evaluation tools to ensure progress is aligned with values and those most impacted by our actions are well served by them.
